BOOK SUMMIT
CADD will be sponsoring a curated book fair opportunity for anyone who is interested in promoting their publications.  (This is separate from any session proposal). Authors will have space to display, sell and sign books, as well as do a brief formal reading and Q&A on Friday evening.  Conference assistants will monitor and manage sales tables. 

VOLUNTEERS
In exchange for two shifts of three-four hours, we will waive your registration fee.  Jobs include registration/check-in, escorting artists, stage management, room monitoring, social media, etc.  

Please send a brief note with your availability Thursday 2/20-Monday 2/24, along with why you're interested in volunteering. Folks who are available to work Thursday get priority consideration.  Volunteer positions still available.

PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS

For 2020 we will be accepting advertising for both the conference program book and the cadd-online.org website.  Advertising will be:

  • Included as a high-quality black & white reproduction in the conference program guide given to attendees
 
  • Included in color (or however submitted) in the final commemorative version of conference proceedings (pdf and select print copies available)
 
  • The print advertisement will also be placed on the cadd-online.org website through March 2020 

We will only be able to accept checks made out to Duke University (memo SLIPPAGE) for program advertisements.
