VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers receive free conference registration in exchange for 3-4 consecutive hours of work.

Volunteer needs include:

• Conference Prep
• Information and Merchandise (registration table)
• Zoom moderation (for online presentations)
• Childcare
• Performance tech support
• Photography

PROGRAM BOOK ADS

We will be accepting advertising for the conference program book. Advertising will be:

• Included as a high-quality black & white reproduction in the conference program guide given to attendees.

 

• Included in color (or however submitted) in the final commemorative version of conference proceedings (pdf and select print copies available)

 
Please contact Shireen Dickson to place your program book order. Orders must be placed and all monies and artwork must be received no later than January 15, 2022.

BOOK SUMMIT & SALES

CADD will once again offer to display, sell books, and hold presentation space for authors during the conference weekend.  

Additionally, we are opening our merchandise table to individuals who are interested in selling other small or lightweight and easily storable items.  

Please note - this is not a vending set-up!  Attendees provide inventory, signage, and digital payment handles. Conference volunteers will manage daily set-up, sales/tracking and breakdown.   CADD is unable to receive/hold shipments of inventory to Duke at this time.
